What is turnkey? This is a delivery method in which we work with you to handle a complete set of work, typically used to alleviate using multiple entities.

The benefit of having a contractor turnkey a project’s set scope is the customer is only having to deal with one subcontractor, instead of multiple, to create simplicity and a smooth transition between each type of work. In the case of concrete flatwork, we are equipped to handle other civil scopes. This can include site signage, striping, crack fill, sealcoat, earthwork, road base installation, light pole bases, caissons, auto stops, and even asphalt.
